Feet on the ground in the pincodes where you have none.
Hand us the overdue cases your team can't reach. Our field agents work them in the borrower's own town and language — and every rupee they recover moves on your rails, never ours.
- Handoff
You send the case
API push, API pull, or a CSV drop while the integration is built.
- Allocation
Routed by pincode and DPD
An agent who works that area picks it up, oldest buckets first.
- Field
Visit, in person
Geo-stamped check-in, logged in the borrower's own language.

Receipt and disposition
Paid, promised, disputed or untraceable — every case comes back with a status.
Borrower pays
At the door or on a link, their choice.
Your QR, your gateway
The instrument belongs to you, not to us.
Your account
Settled the moment it clears. No pooling, no float.
Quikkred
sees the receipt, never the rupees
What we run
A field network, not a dialler
Tele-calling has already failed by the time a case reaches this desk. What changes the outcome is someone standing at the door who knows the area.
Agents where the borrower is
Cases are allocated on pincode, so the person knocking already works that market. No fly-in teams, no call centre reading a script from another state.
The conversation happens in their language
Visits are logged with the language used. For a borrower who stopped answering your calls, that is usually the reason they start answering.
Every visit leaves a record
Geo-stamped check-in, time on site, outcome, and any promise-to-pay date. It lands back on your case before the agent leaves the street.
Agents carry your mandate, visibly
Each agent identifies themselves and states they are collecting for you, as the RBI (Digital Lending) Directions require. It is printed on the receipt too.
Where the money goes
Two ways to collect. Both of them end at your account.
You pick the instrument at onboarding and can change it later. Either way, no repayment passes through a Quikkred account — which keeps your reconciliation, and your regulator conversation, simple.
Your own UPI QR or bank account
The agent shows the borrower a QR that belongs to you. Funds land in your account directly; we record the reference against the case.
Links from your own gateway
You generate the payment link from the gateway you already use. We hand it to the borrower and track whether it was paid.
Getting cases to us
Three ways in. Start with the one your team can ship this week.
We call your API
You expose an endpoint; our service posts cases as they age into the bucket you choose. Recommended — nothing to schedule on your side.
You call ours
Fetch allocations, statuses and receipts on your own cron. Cursor-paginated, so a missed run catches up on the next one.
CSV, to start
Exchange files while the integration is built out. Plenty of partners run their first month this way and switch later.
For your engineers
The Partner API, documented properly
Your team can read the reference and build against sandbox data today — no commercial agreement needed to get started. Production credentials are issued during onboarding.
developers.quikkred.inHMAC request signing
Not OAuth — no token store to run.
Signed webhooks
Replay-safe, with delivery retries.
Sandbox environment
Test allocations end to end before go-live.
What your compliance team will ask
Answered before the call
- RBI disclosure on every receipt
- Agent identity and the lender they act for, per the Digital Lending Directions, 2025.
- No cash, at any point
- Agents are not permitted to accept rupees. Payment happens on your instrument.
- DPDP Act 2023
- A Data Processing Agreement with every partner. We process only the cases you hand over.
- Evidence bundle per case
- Visit log, receipts and disposition history, exportable for your audit or an RBI inspection.
Send us a batch and watch what comes back.
The application takes about ten minutes and needs your licence details, one business contact and one technical contact. We review within two business days and come back with a proposed pilot scope.
Looking for field agent work rather than a collections vendor? See the Field Collection Agent programme.
Collection services are operated by Fluxusforge as a service provider to the partner organisation. Field agents act as authorised representatives of the lender whose case they are working and identify themselves as such, per the RBI (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025. Engagement is subject to due diligence and execution of a Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement. Grievances: Grievance Redressal Policy · Nodal Officer.
